Collaborating with Dinoski - Jane Foster

Last April I received an interesting email asking if I’d like to collaborate on an exciting new venture - to work with a new company called Dinoski.

The founders of the new company asked me to create illustrations to go alongside some incredible looking ski suits for kids. Each suit is an animal and has it’s own character. A brilliant way to encourage children to brave the slopes and not be scared. Also, huge amounts of fun!

The first of the three characters I designed were Cub, Spike and Hop. I illustrated each of these by hand before they were scanned it at a high resolution and coloured.

Below are some photos of the ski suits. Amazing style, colours and design. Also, a great concept as parents often find it hard to spot their children on the slopes.

Dinoski is the dream of three talented guys - Will, Mat and Ed. It started as a crowd funded project - you can read all about the story here.

My illustrations are an integral part to the Dinoski brand and will appear on the swing tags, clothing and in mini booklets within the packaging. (And later, other merchandise) Each suit comes with it’s own poem for children to collect and learn.

I love the attention to detail that’s been given to this brand and love it’s ethical credentials. Each suit has been made with recyclable polyester using eco friendly dies which are PFC free.
